This course was exactly what I needed. You are absolutely right about all these courses which build toy projects. I couldn't find anything so close to production-ready.

A well-structured cohort designed for experienced professionals and career switchers. The friendly, cooperative sessions encouraged me to ask questions and receive live answers.

Shantanu and Shirin were excellent facilitators - striking the fine balance between what, why, and how - both for the sessions and real-world applications. Note - The leads are accomplished senior engineers, brilliantly making theory real and hands-on accessible. This was rare and high value. I say this last gently, Shantanu and Shirin are not instructional designers. Think of this as a facilitated graduate study group with great working, but not perfect, canned content - there is some work you need to do to bring it to life. Frame it this way and you will be fine. Highly recommend.

Shantanu/Shirin have good experience in traditional AI/ML world, and have been able to translate their experience towards building a document retrieving based RAG solution for the first cohort. They definitely are good folks and have put in great effort to put this together. Nice effort and good learning experience well rounded for people attending the cohort.

Learning with Shantanu and Shirin has been a refreshing experience — the structured weekly modules combined with live walkthroughs and Q&A sessions made complex concepts around building and monitoring RAG systems much easier to grasp. The smaller group format encouraged active discussions, and I could directly apply what I learned to real projects at work. The content was practical, well-paced, and truly production-focused.
